- the Village of Delburne; and
- that part of the Municipal District of Red Deer County described as follows: commencing at the intersection of the westerly limit of the City of Red Deer and the Red Deer River; thence generally southwesterly along said river to Highway 54; thence southeasterly and southerly along said highway to the northerly limit of the Town of Innisfail; thence easterly and southwesterly along said limit to Highway 590; thence generally easterly along said highway to the westerly shoreline of the Red Deer River; thence generally northwesterly, westerly, southwesterly and westerly along said river to Highway 11; thence generally westerly along said highway to the easterly limit of the City of Red Deer; thence generally northerly, generally westerly and generally southerly along the easterly, northerly and westerly limits of said city to the point of commencement.
