Consists of:
- the cities of Leduc and Spruce Grove;
- the towns of Calmar, Devon and Stony Plain;
- the Village of Spring Lake;
- that part of the Municipal District of Leduc County described as follows: commencing at the intersection of the easterly shoreline of the North Saskatchewan River with Willow Creek; thence generally southeasterly along said creek to Weed Creek; thence generally southwesterly along said creek to Range Road 281; thence southeasterly and southerly along said road to Township Road 492; thence generally easterly along said road and its intermittent productions to Range Road 224 and the westerly limit of Camrose County; thence northerly and easterly along the limit of said county to Highway 21; thence northerly and northwesterly along said highway to Township Road 502; thence northwesterly and westerly along said road to Range Road 244; thence northerly along said road to the southerly limit of the City of Edmonton; thence generally westerly along the southerly limit of said city to the easterly limit of the Town of Devon; thence westerly and northerly along the southerly and westerly limits of said town to the southerly limit of Parkland County; thence generally southwesterly along said limit to the point of commencement;
- that part of the Municipal District of Parkland County lying southerly and easterly of a line described as follows: commencing at the intersection of the westerly limit of the City of Edmonton and Highway 16 (Yellowhead Highway); thence westerly along said highway to Range Road 20; thence generally southerly along said road to Township Road 510; thence easterly along said road to the northerly production of Range Road 20; thence southerly along said production, along said road and along its southerly production to the northerly limit of Leduc County and the southerly shoreline of the North Saskatchewan River; and
