Lehman Road; thence northerly along said road to Sandpiper Drive; thence easterly, southeasterly, and easterly along said drive, its production and Upper Maclure Road to Alea Court; thence northeasterly along said court to Upper Maclure Road; thence easterly along said road and its production to Maclure Road; thence generally easterly along said road to McCallum Road; thence northerly and easterly along said road to Highway 11 (Abbotsford-Mission Highway); thence southerly along said highway to Sumas Way; thence easterly and southerly along said way to the southerly limit of said city; and
2. those parts of Metro Vancouver Regional District comprising:
