2. the City of Delta; and
3. that part of the City of Surrey described as follows: commencing at the intersection of the westerly limit of said city with the British Columbia Railway; thence easterly along said railway to the southerly production of 125A Street; thence northerly along said production and 125A street to Station Road; thence northeasterly and northwesterly along said road to 125A Street; thence northerly along said street to 56 Avenue; thence easterly along said avenue to 128 Street; thence northerly along said street to 58 Avenue; thence westerly along said avenue to 126 Street; thence northerly along said street to 64 Avenue; thence westerly along said avenue to the westerly limit of said city; thence southerly along said limit to the point of commencement.
