1. that part of the City of Surrey lying southerly of a line described as follows: commencing at the intersection of the westerly limit of said city with the British Columbia Railway; thence easterly along said railway to the southerly production of 125A Street; thence northerly along said production and 125A Street to Station Road; thence northeasterly and northwesterly along said road to 125A Street; thence northerly along said street to 56 Avenue; thence easterly along said avenue to 128 Street; thence northerly along said street to 58 Avenue; thence generally easterly along said avenue, Highway 10 and 56 Avenue to 192 Street; thence southerly along said street to the production of 56 Avenue; thence northeasterly and easterly along said production and 56 Avenue to the easterly limit of said city;
2. the City of White Rock; and
3. Semiahmoo Indian Reserve.
