- that part of Metro Vancouver Electoral Area A lying southerly and easterly of a line described as follows: commencing at the westerly limit of the City of Vancouver at approximate latitude 49°16'58"N and longitude 123°13'17"W; thence westerly in a straight line to a point at approximate latitude 49°17'05"N and longitude 123°18'35"W; thence southerly in a straight line to a point at approximate latitude 49°15'50"N and longitude 123°18'34"W; thence southeasterly in a straight line to the northerly limit of the City of Richmond at approximate latitude 49°15'33"N and longitude 123°17'47"W; thence easterly, northeasterly and generally southeasterly along said limit to the westerly boundary of Musqueam Indian Reserve No. 2 at approximate latitude 49°14'13"N and longitude 123°13'18"W; and
