2. that part of the Rural Municipality of Springfield lying northerly and westerly of a line described as follows: commencing at the intersection of the westerly limit of said rural municipality (Wenzel Street) and Springfield Road; thence easterly along said road, its easterly production and Springfield Road to Deacon Road; thence southerly along said road to Springfield Road; thence easterly along said road to Spruce Road; thence northerly along said road to the northerly limit of said rural municipality (Boundary Road); and
