Subject: Southwest NB Riding
Hello,
I live in Hanwell, NB and our federal riding is Southwest NB.
Frankly, I do not feel connected to St. Stephen, St. Andrews and Charlotte County. Most people who live in Hanwell work and play in Fredericton. We feel a connection to Greater Fredericton, rather than the rural areas of Charlotte County.
Our issues are closer to the issues of Fredericton residents than St. Andrews residents.
I would appreciate it if the boundaries were more similar to the provincial riding. I recognize that the area must be greater, but if it encompassed more of the suburban areas of Greater Fredericton and less of the very rural and distant communities of Southwest NB, I think it would give me and my neighbours better representation.
