Hello....as senior residents in Sault Ste. Marie we strongly object to proposed boundary changes which will result in less access to our elected officials and decreased funding in the north.

Overall this will result in a further erosion of services which are already reduced in comparison to Southern Ontario.This will reduce our ability to attract professionals to the north where health care is already unequal in comparison for example to...London ON.

In PEI the population is approx 156,000 people in four electoral districts...this change will give their residents increased representation over northern ontario residents on a per capita basis.

Please scrap your plans to reduce the electoral districts by one in Northern Ontario...creating a huge unwieldy district which will leave many residents with unequal service.Kenora to Quebec is just ludicrous ! for one MP ???
