I suggest changes to the proposed boundaries for the Orleans district.
The district should include the new Cardinal Creek subdivision at the northeast corner of the district, as it does in the current district. The southern boundary should not include the area bounded by Trim Road, Innes Road, Frank Kenny Road and Wall Road. The southern boundary should also exclude the area along and south of Wall Road between Mer Bleue Road and Tenth Line road.
