Consists of that part of the City of Québec comprising:

1. that part of the borough of La Cité-Limoilou lying northerly of the Saint-Charles River and its estuary;
2. that part of the borough of Beauport lying southerly of a line described as follows: commencing at the intersection of the westerly limit of said borough and Louis-XIV Boulevard; thence generally easterly along said boulevard to de la Sérénité Street; thence generally northeasterly along said street and its production to the westerly limit of the Municipality of Boischatel; and
3. that part of the borough of Charlesbourg lying easterly and southerly of a line described as follows: commencing at the intersection of the easterly limit of said borough and Chamonix Street; then generally southwesterly along said street to 10th Avenue; thence northwesterly along said avenue to Louis-XIV Boulevard; thence generally northeasterly along said boulevard to the easterly limit of the borough of Charlesbourg.
