3. that part of the Regional County Municipality of Matawinie comprising the municipalities of Chertsey and Entrelacs; 
4. that part of the Regional County Municipality of Montcalm comprising the Municipality of Saint-Calixte; and
5. that part of the Regional County Municipality of La Rivière-du-Nord comprising the towns of Prévost and Saint-Colomban; the Municipality of Saint-Hippolyte.
