Consists of:

1. the City of Mirabel; and
2. that part of the Regional County Municipality of Deux-Montagnes lying southwesterly of a line described as follows: commencing at the intersection of the southerly limit of the City of Mirabel and Montée Laurin; thence generally southerly along said montée to Fresnière Road (de la Rivière Road South); thence generally easterly along de la Rivière Road South to Industriel Boulevard; thence generally southerly along said boulevard to des Promenades Boulevard; thence southeasterly along said boulevard to Highway 640; thence westerly along said highway to the northeasterly limit of the City of Sainte-Marthe-sur-le-Lac; thence southeasterly along said limit to the southeasterly limit of the Regional County Municipality of Deux-Montagnes, including the Kanesatake Interim Land Base.
