Consists of:

1. the regional county municipalities of Pontiac and La Vallée-de-la-Gatineau;
2. the Regional County Municipality of Les Collines-de-l'Outaouais comprising the municipalities of Cantley, Chelsea, La Pêche and Pontiac; 
3. that part of the City of Gatineau lying northerly of a line described as follows: commencing at the intersection of the westerly limit of said city and Eardley Road (road 148); thence southeasterly along said road to des Allumettières Boulevard; thence generally easterly along said boulevard to Saint-Raymond Boulevard; thence northerly and easterly along said boulevard to the Gatineau Parkway; thence generally northwesterly along said parkway to the northerly limit of the City of Gatineau; and   
4. the Kitigan Zibi and Rapid Lake Indian reserves.
