that part of the City of Laval lying northeasterly of a line described as follows: commencing at the intersection of the northwesterly limit of said city and Papineau Avenue (Athanase-David Bridge); thence southeasterly along said avenue to des Lacasse Avenue and its production; thence southwesterly along said avenue to des Laurentides Boulevard; thence southeasterly along said boulevard to the southeasterly limit of the City of Laval.
