Consists of:

  1. the Regional County Municipality of Antoine-Labelle;
  2. the Regional County Municipality of Les Collines-de-l'Outaouais comprising:
    1. that part of the Municipality of La Pêche lying easterly of a line described as follows: commencing at the southwesterly corner of the limit of the Township Municipality of Low; thence southwesterly in a straight line to a point at approximately latitude 45°44'47"N and longitude 76°09'28"W; thence generally southerly in a straight line to a point at approximate latitude 45°43'56"N and longitude 76°09'18"W; thence southeasterly in a straight line to the intersection of de la Mine Road and Cléo-Fournier Road; thence generally southerly along Cléo-Fournier Road to Principale Road West (Highway 366); thence generally southeasterly along said road to Highway 105; thence generally southeasterly along said highway to the southerly limit of the Municipality of La Pêche;
    2. that part of the Municipality of Val-des-Monts lying westerly of Principale Road (Highways 366 and 307);
  3. the Regional County Municipality of Les Laurentides, with the exception of the Village of Val-David, the Municipality of Val-Morin and that part of the Township Municipality of Amherst lying southerly and easterly of Highway 323 South and Highway 323 North;
  4. the Regional County Municipality of Matawinie comprising the municipalities of Notre-Dame-de-la-Merci and Saint-Donat;
  5. the Regional County Municipality of Papineau comprising the municipalities of Bowman and Val-des-Bois;
  6. the Regional County Municipality of La Vallée-de-la-Gatineau comprising: the City of Gracefield; the municipalities of Déléage, Denholm, Grand-Remous, Kazabazua, Lac-Sainte-Marie and Sainte-Thérèse-de-la-Gatineau; that part of the Municipality of Bouchette lying easterly of the Gatineau River; the township municipalities of Aumond and Low.
