Consists of:

that part of the Regional County Municipality of La Vallée-du-Richelieu comprising the municipalities of Saint-Antoine-sur-Richelieu, Saint-Charles-sur-Richelieu, Saint-Denis-sur-Richelieu, Saint-Marc-sur-Richelieu and Saint-Mathieu-de-Beloeil;
the Regional County Municipality of Marguerite-D'Youville, with the exception of the City of Sainte-Julie;
the City of Boucherville; and
that part of the borough of Vieux-Longueuil lying northerly of a line described as follows: commencing at the intersection of the easterly limit of said borough and Jacques-Cartier Boulevard East; thence generally southerly along said boulevard to Fernand-Lafontaine Boulevard; thence westerly and southwesterly along said boulevard to Jean-Paul-Vincent Boulevard; thence northwesterly along said boulevard and its production to the St. Lawrence River, passing northeasterly of l'îlot de la Baronnie (l'île Verte).
