Consists of:

  1. the Regional County Municipality of Les Sources;
  2. the Regional County Municipality of Arthabaska, with the exception of: the City of Daveluyville; the Municipalities of Maddington Falls and Saint-Louis-de-Blanford; and
  3. that part of the Regional County Municipality of Val-Saint-François comprising: the cities of Richmond and Windsor; the municipalities of Saint-Claude, Saint-Denis-de-Brompton, Saint-François-Xavier-de-Brompton, Racine, Ulverton and Val-Joli; the township municipalities of Cleveland and Melbourne; the Village Municipality of Kingsbury.
