Appendix B – Descriptions Corrigenda – British Columbia

In addition to the Response above, we note that minor changes to the language of descriptions of certain boundaries of electoral districts set out in in the chart above, should be made to the following electoral districts for clarification and correction. There is no census population within the areas affected by the language and boundary adjustments. Additionally, descriptions below of other electoral districts contain minor changes in the interests of improving readability:

• to the formal descriptions of Kamloops—Thompson—Nicola and Kamloops—Shuswap—Central Rockies, to more closely align the latitudinal/longitudinal description of a boundary intersection with the Trans-Canada Highway to the geographic word descriptions;
• to the description of the South Surrey—White Rock and Cloverdale—Langley City boundary correcting an earlier reference to a road that does not project as had been described;
• to the descriptions of boundaries of Vancouver Centre and West Vancouver—Sunshine Coast—Sea to Sky Country that reach into bodies of water shared with Vancouver Quadra and Vancouver Granville, for mapping purposes to correspond with the boundaries of those reconfigured electoral districts; and
• to the descriptions of Courtenay—Alberni and Nanaimo—Ladysmith, to describe a short portion of the common boundary absent in the Report.
