My request has benefits for those administering elections and all political parties.
It simplifies boundaries and is based on quantitative population analysis.
It's also very simple:
When you create a boundary for Electoral Districts (whatever that boundary may be), please do so along postal code boundaries, not streets. This allows all parties to very easily determine mailings, route walks and messaging.
As a former employee of a political party, it was a nightmare to administrate electoral lists in urban centres. Using Postal Code boundaries would significantly reduce confusion and incorrect messaging benefiting both the electoral process and all political parties involved.
