When the proposed changes was mentioned to me by my neighbour I was caught out of the blue! First of all, very few people are aware of the proposed changes as they have not been well publicized. What exactly is the motive? All changes are supposed to make things better, but I, like so many others in our community, am in the dark because I do not have a clue. Would you please enlighten me?
This came to me minutes ago, and the deadline for submissions is only two days away! It certainly looks like something akin to a conspiracy!
