I live in Orillia, On and I am writing to express my disagreement about the change in our federal area and its name. Orillia and Penetang are very separate areas each with distinct characteristics and the new name is not reflective of that. Orillia has the second biggest population in our County and the name Penetanguishene-Couchiching is hardly reflective of that - you wouldn't even know Orillia is part of that area. Also, Penetanguishene is quite small so I'm unsure why it would be given its own area - wonder how Midland feels about that when I think it is larger in population.
I think leaving the name the way it is would be the best option.
