I wish to strongly object to the proposed realignment of the Scarborough-Agincourt electoral boundaries.
I live in the current Scarborough-Agincourt area that may be moved to join North York and I am totally opposed to this change.
No elected official from North York will understand the issues in this small swath of Scarborough and our concerns will not be addressed. Our current MP lives in the riding, spends time in our neighborhood and fully understands our needs and concerns.
I moved from North York to Scarborough 20 years ago and wish to have my Federal Elected official remain a resident of Scarborough, live in the same riding as me and be someone who can continue to relate to residents like me!
Leave the boundary as it is.
