I am submitting this email as I feel strongly that the area north of Kingston belongs in the riding of Kingston and the Islands. Firstly, the area is part of the City of Kingston and residents there pay property taxes and largely work and shop in Kingston. This area is also serviced by Kingston for fire and police services as well as recreational and park services. It is an hour drive to Brockville as opposed to a 10 minute drive to downtown Kingston. It just makes no sense to include this area in any other riding than Kingston and the Islands.
