I am trying to understand boundaries for my area.
We have been living in Glenburnie for 3 years now and am confused why our candidates in elections live closer to Ottawa then here How can that possibly helps us when we have concerns about issues in our area.
Now I hear that we will be put in the Gananoque Brockville Prescott district. This makes no sense to me. We live 10 minutes 11km from the downtown core of Kingston. Where as Gananoque is a 45-minute drive on the 401.
We pay taxes here, all of our services are here. What logical reason would there be to putting us in a zone that is not even close to us.
Please help me understand how this makes any sense Government in my mind should be doing logical practical solutions not something like this Thank you Mary Evans
