Why is it that every time the boundaries for these two areas are changed they land up being attached to regions that have no economic ties or interests to these areas. The economic well being of the northern portion of Kingston and the Township of South Frontenac are entirely related to what happens in the greater City of Kingston. Years of experience has shown that the concerns of these two areas are of little interest to our Provincial and Federal representatives since they only represent a small portion of the larger ridings. As a result these areas over the years have had little interest and support from our government representatives. For once it would be nice if these areas could have representatives who live and are genuinely interested in the area they represent. Please consider moving Kingston north of the 401 and South Frontenac Township in with Kingston and the Islands.
