I am writing to express my views on the proposed electoral boundaries for my area. Currently, for some reason, we are being placed in the riding for Gananoque-Brockville-Prescott. We belong in the Kingston and the Islands riding. Full stop.

I cannot think of a single reason why we should be represented by elected officials from any other area. We reside within the Kingston city limits, pay taxes to the city of Kingston and support Kingston businesses. I fail to see why I should be voting for representatives whose priorities are clearly not in the best interest of the residents of the area in which we live.

I live in Kingston. I would like to vote for Kingston representatives.
