My husband and I live just 2 minutes north of the 401, off Montreal Street in the City of Kingston.
We did not want to be part of Smiths Falls/Perth voting district and we definitely do not want to be part of Brockville for voting purposes.
- We share police and fire services with Kingston.
- Our social, cultural, and economic activity all centers around Kingston (not Gananoque, Brockville, or Prescott).
- We pay property taxes to the City of Kingston (not Gananoque, Brockville, or Prescott).
- The average distance to the constituency office would be 10 km in Kingston versus 90 km in Brockville.
Please do not include us in with the Brockville electoral boundary.
We are part of Kingston and want to vote for a Kingston representative who we may know or recognize his/her name.
