I wish to register my opinion that the area to the north of Highway 401 should be part of the Kingston and the Islands federal riding boundary as opposed to having it included in the proposed riding of Gananoque-Brockville-Prescott.
This area is more relevant to Kingston because it relies on services which Kingston provides and pays property taxes to the city for these services. The residents north of the 401 are more likely to engage in the social and cultural activities offered by Kingston.
