In reply to your email of September 1st. I would like to file a submission to participate in the public hearing as follows:

1. I pay property taxes to the City of Kingston.
2. I use fire fighting, police and ambulance services with the City of Kingston.
3. I support Kingston services such as Senior Centre, retail, grocery and drugstores for all shopping in Kingston.
4. Distance to travel for me to the constituency office in Kingston is far closer and easier to get to than Brockville and this distance is definitely a deterrent if advance voting is necessary.
