I am sending this letter in response to a movement asking for rezoning of my constituency to Kingston and the Islands.

To Whom it May Concern;

I am a resident of Glenburnie. ON and have a concern regarding my becoming a constituent of Ganonoque-Brockville-Prescott. I would prefer to become once again a constituent of Kingston and the Islands. My preference is based on the following:

1. The police force which looks after those of us in this area come from the city of Kingston
2. The Fire Department is manned by volunteers from the immediate area but is managed by Kingston Fire Services
3. Many activities whether social, cultural or economic all take root in Kingston
4. I pay my property taxes to the city of Kingston not Ganonoque or Brockville or Prescott or any city even remotely close to those areas
5. It would be more condusive to our area if we did not have to drive 30 or 40 km to address any issues we might have with our constituency when it takes 20 minutes to drive anywhere in Kingston

Therefore I am adding my voice to those who can clearly see the rationale for the decision to return our constituency back to Kingston and the Islands.
