I live in Elginburg which is just outside of Kingston we are part of Kingston even though we live north of the 401. I wish to state my objection to the proposed change in boundaries as I deal with a lot of people in my own daily life and job who require an MP that is local. There's nothing more frustrating than contacting an office that is not even aware of what is going on in your area. This creates more runaround than is necessary and I personally feel that you're setting that MP up for failure because they will be spinning their wheels. Kingston should stay with Kingston whether it be north of the 401 or not.
