We absolutely oppose the changing of ridings in out community and elsewhere.
We are 46 year residents of Georgetown. We have, as far back as we can remember, been (together with Acton), part of the riding of Wellington Halton Hills.
It makes no sense to put Georgetown with the north part of Oakville, unless to increase the power of a particular political party.
Why is this proposal being brought forward now? Pretty obvious!
We want our votes to count!
Please, Stop the manipulation and corruption now!
