I have lived on Burloak Drive in Burlington for over 35 years. I know my MP's and appreciate their hard work and concern on behalf of their constituents. I do not feel that changing the boundaries 800 metres to Appleby Line is in the best interests of anyone living between Burloak Drive & Appleby Line in Burlington. We pay our taxes to Burlington (and by the way that should not change as we all know taxes are higher in Oakville & even though this is about voting right now it could lead to this in the future) and we deserve to be represented by a Burlington MP not an Oakville MP. I strongly oppose this change and I know that MP Gould will and should be vehemently defending Burlington residents the right to vote for an MP from their own city and not a neighbouring one.
