I am strongly opposed to the proposed riding change for NWO. I do not think the logic of using population only to determine riding sizes is applicable in NWO. The geographic area is too big.
The proposal, if passed, will result in the loss of one additional seat for this area. Our voices struggle to be heard as it is. Often with the government decisions, we here in NWO feel like an afterthought.
I hope our collective voices are listened to, and this proposed change to our election boundaries does not go forward.
