Comments:

Simpler name would be better. Timmins is already a part of Cochrane district, so I would suggest shortening the name to simple Timiskaming-Cochrane. Although this would share a name with a northern provincial riding, there would be significant overlap, and the names reflect the two districts encompassing the riding.

Comments:

Since the riding now includes a large part of the Algoma district the name should reflect this distinct part of the riding. Agawa is a famous tourist train and canyon as well as the name of a local river. This might make a good name. Simply calling it Sault Ste. Marie-Algoma (or Algoma-Sault-Ste. Marie) would also work.
