Comments:
The span of Carleton from Stittsville in the west, all the way ti Finlay Creek, Greely and Metcalfe in the East and South is large and grographically disconnected. A redistribiution on a north-south axis seems more appropriate given the flow of community connections. The 416 seems to be a plausible boundary in the east-west trajectory. The eastern grouping could expand some south, and given the growth of Barrhaven and Finlay creek, there is a strong population base for such a shift. In the West, some boundary shifts North (toward Carp) and West, plus the significant growth in Stittsville just west of Terry Fox could well make sense.
