I was born and raised in London On. Spent most of my life in this Great city. Now a retired homeowner in London. I feel the need to speak out against any and all planned changes to our tested and proven three-District Urban way of governance. We have a system that has proven itself as a most positive way of keeping a line of communication and representation of the people for the people. Therefore I would vote a definite "NO" to any changes to the current system we have enjoyed and trusted!
