1. that part of the City of Brampton described as follows: commencing at the intersection of the northwesterly limit of said city and Highway 410; thence southeasterly along said highway to Bovaird Drive East; thence southwesterly along said drive and Bovaird Drive West to Chinguacousy Road; thence northwesterly along said road to Fairhill Avenue; thence southwesterly and southerly along said avenue to Brisdale Drive; thence generally northwesterly along said drive to the northwesterly limit of said city; thence generally northeasterly along said limit to the point of commencement; and
2. that part of the Town of Caledon lying southeasterly and southwesterly of a line described as follows: commencing at the intersection of the southwesterly limit of said town and King Street; thence generally northeasterly along said street to The Gore Road; thence southeasterly along said road to the southeasterly limit of said town.
