Consists of:
- that part of the City of Cambridge lying northwesterly of a line described as follows: commencing at a point on the easterly limit of said city at approximate latitude 43°27'16"N and longitude 80°17'52"W; thence southerly in a straight line to the Speed River; thence generally southwesterly along said river (running southerly of Speed Island) to Highway 401 (Macdonald-Cartier Freeway); thence westerly and southwesterly along said highway to the westerly limit of said city;
- that part of the City of Kitchener described as follows: commencing at the intersection of the westerly limit of said city and Bleams Road; thence easterly along said road to Fisher-Hallman Road; thence northerly and generally northwesterly along said road to the northerly limit of the said city; thence generally westerly along said limit to the westerly limit of said city; thence southeasterly along said limit to the point of commencement; and
- the townships of Wellesley, Wilmot and Woolwich.
