Consists of that part of the City of Toronto described as follows: commencing at the intersection of the F.G. Gardiner Expressway and Parliament Street; thence southerly along said street to Lake Shore Boulevard East; thence southeasterly through the Inner Harbour and Eastern Channel to the mouth of said channel; thence southerly in a straight line to the southerly limit of said city at approximate latitude 43°36'45"N and longitude 79°20'39"W (south of the Outer Harbour East Headland [Tommy Thompson Park]); thence northwesterly, generally southwesterly and generally northwesterly along said limit to a point in Brigantine Cove at approximate latitude 43°37'38"N and longitude 79°24'31"W; thence northerly in a straight line to Remembrance Drive at approximate latitude 43°37'54"N and longitude 79°24'32"W; thence northerly and northwesterly along said drive to Strachan Avenue; thence northerly along said avenue to the GO Transit rail line and the Canadian Pacific Railway (north of East Liberty Street); thence westerly along said rail line to Queen Street West; thence easterly along said street to Ossington Avenue; thence northerly along said avenue to Dundas Street West; thence generally easterly along said street to Yonge Street; thence southerly along said street to the F.G.
