1. that part of the City of Oshawa described as follows: commencing at the intersection of the westerly limit of said city and Rossland Road West; thence easterly along said road to Oshawa Creek; thence generally northwesterly along said creek to Highway 407; thence southwesterly along said highway to the westerly limit of said city; thence southerly along said limit to the point of commencement; and
2. that part of the Town of Whitby lying southerly of Highway 407.
