Consists of:

1. that part of the City of Windsor lying easterly of a line described as follows: commencing at the intersection of the northerly limit of said city with the northerly production of Walker Road; thence southerly along said production and Walker Road to Turkey Creek; thence generally southwesterly along said creek to E.C. Row Expressway; thence westerly along said expressway to Howard Avenue; thence southeasterly along said avenue, Division Road and Provincial Road to the southerly limit of said city; and
2. that part of the Town of Tecumseh lying northerly of Highway 401 (MacDonald-Cartier Freeway).
