2. that part of the City of Vaughan described as follows: commencing at the intersection of the easterly limit of said city and Major Mackenzie Drive West; thence westerly along said drive to Dufferin Street; thence southerly along said street to Rutherford Road; thence westerly along said road to Keele Street; thence southerly along said street to the Don River West Branch; thence generally northwesterly along said river to Rutherford Road; thence westerly along said road to Highway 400; thence southerly along said highway to the southerly limit of said city; thence easterly and generally northerly along the southerly and easterly limits of said city to the point of commencement.
