First RIM Submission
The City of Moncton is very close to the electoral quotient. There is no need to add Dieppe and have it at such a high variance.
Second RIM Submission
Add Dieppe from Moncton to reduce variance there, lose most of Kent County to Miramichi except for portions immediately adjacent to the Shediac region (i.e. Grande-Digue, Cocagne).
