I live in the country, near Port Perry and am very pleased with the new federal district Lake Simcoe-Uxbridge. It is an area with farms and small towns. There is some consistency to the views in this area. Previously we were grouped with the largely suburban areas of Whitby and Ajax. This meant that views in the rural areas were just dwarfed.
