The government had lots of things to do for the people instead of disrupting the community.
The health care & senior will be affected greatly if the boundary extended to North York. And it impact the business currently in Scarborough-Agincourt too. The business already suffered a lot due to pandemic & the government supposed to help them get a new life instead of adding fuel into the fire.
As ordinary people, we definitely will have to pay more properly taxes, we all know North York had higher property taxes rate. The government only think of grabbing more money instead of stabilizing our finance situation?
I'm absolutely against the proposal.
