to whom it may concern, I had seen the changes that will be made to Scarborough. I feel this kind of choice to turn parts of the city into North York, is unfair to the people, businesses, and landmarks that we held so proudly all these decades.

Scarborough is most likely the largest burrow of the 6 burrows in Toronto. It is a city with the most proud Torontonians who pride themselves of being from Scarborough. Many of our Scarborough walk of fame recipients come from these areas that you are turning into North York, like Mike Myers who grew up within the Agincourt area or Jim Carry who went to John A Macdonald.

Scarborough is the home of the Scarborough Shooters who many players represent west of Warden along Victoria Park and these actions go against the Patriotism they may have as Scarborough Natives. Wexford Public School is Scarborough's only arts school and is the home of many great actors who are Scarborough Natives such as: Shamier Anderson (John Wick 4), Stephen James (21 Bridges starring Chadwick Bossman), Akiel Julian (Utopia Falls) , Jahmil French (Degrassi TNG & Sound Check) and many many more.

Scarborough's business sector would rather remain as Scarborough's business sector. Johnny's Hamburger has been long revered as Scarborough's historical business landmark and many more. This action has had no reason that benefits the hearts of the people and the businesses, we want Scarborough to remain Scarborough and we want Scarborough's history to remain Scarborough's history.

Please rethink this and honour our cities name and importance to the Scarborough community.
