The area described for change is economically, socially, and physically married to Kingston. The people up north work and play in Kingston. They have no association with Brockville. Strikes me the proposed change is solely based on a "Rural" designation rather than a more accurate appreciation of the ties they have with Kingston. As the city boundary extends north of 401 you are asking them to vote for individuals and issues which have no impact on them.
In an attempt to be more inclusive of rural areas the more significant ties are being overlooked!
Please review and correct this arbitrary proposal!
