I live in Glenburnie, ON and I am less than 5km North of the 401. Glenburnie is within the Kingston city limits. Yet, our federal riding changed years ago to Lanark-Frontenac-Kingston. Now I hear the riding is to be changed to Gananoque-Brockville-Prescott, which is just as ridiculous.

My interests do not align with the new proposed riding of Gananoque-Brockville-Prescott and my riding should be returned to Kingston and the Islands.

1. In Glenburnie, we use police and fire services with Kingston.
2. My families' social, cultural, and economic activity all centers around Kingston (not Gananoque, Brockville, or Prescott).
3. We pay property taxes to the City of Kingston (not Gananoque, Brockville, or Prescott).
4. The average distance to the constituency office would be 10 km in Kingston versus 90 km in Brockville.

When re-zoning federal ridings, please considered the services that we use and what riding would make sense for our area. In the past 10 years(or more) of voting, it was frustrating being part of a riding that I do not use any services and do not have similar views and ideals. Please change our riding back to Kingston and the Islands.
